2. User Accounts

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including a password that meets our security requirements (minimum of 8 characters).

- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Post any content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive, including content that is explicitly adult or not safe-for-work (NSFW) without appropriate warnings and tags.
- Engage in spamming or circumvent any rate-limits imposed on API usage or disrupt the Service in any manner.
- Attempt to bypass or compromise the security features of the Service.
honkr reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of the content you create and share through the Service, including but not limited to posts ("Honks"). However, by submitting content to honkr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit that content for the purpose of promoting, distributing, and operating the Service, including for reposts or user profiles.
This license will remain in effect for as long as the content remains posted on the Service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the Service or its users. This may include, but is not limited to, abusive behavior, spamming, or any activity that compromises the security of the Service.
In such cases, honkr may also use IP blocking or other technical measures to prevent future access by the suspended or banned user.
6. Modifications to the Service
honkr is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. While we take measures to ensure data redundancy and protection (using services such as Supabase and local archives), we do not guarantee the protection of your data and are not liable for any data loss.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not provide warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security threats.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
